Pub Quiz Social, March 7, 6:30 PM
We are holding our first in-person pub social in 2023 at the Garden Gate pub at 6.30 in Tuesday, March 7. The Garden Gate is in South End Green, Hampstead, near the Royal Free Hospital. It's their very popular pub quiz evening so we will be entering as a team. Quiz starts at 7.30 but we will be joining from 6.30. Please do get in touch if you would like to join us. £2.50 per person if you want to play the quiz. We need-to-know numbers in advance so we can book a table. At time of writing there are 6 people interested in going. Contact Mark on markagath@gmail.com
Zoom Social every Tuesday, 2-3 PM
Weekly drop-in online get-together for peer-to-peer support amongst members of this network. Please email if you would like to join. Or see WhatsApp group for links if you are already involved.
CamPain Face to Face Daytime Meetings
We are holding daytime face-to-face meetings at the Old Diorama Arts Centre (ODAC) on Drummond Street. It's located just off Regent's Plaza, near Euston Tower and Warren Street Underground Station. It's a really lovely, friendly venue which we are delighted to be able to use, supported by ODAC, for which we are very grateful.
These are social peer-to-peer support group meetings for members who have done a pain management programme. There is no formal agenda, people can talk about any pain related subject or just have a chat. Please feel free to attend for the whole period or just drop in for part of it as you wish. Meeting starts at 12.30 PM so if you'd like to bring along a sandwich then we can have impromptu lunch together. Tea and biscuits provided. Check-in with reception when you arrive.
Please email us if you would like to attend.
Monthly on Tuesdays, 12.30-3:30 PM (usually 2nd Tuesday of month)
2023 dates so far:
March 14, April 11, March 9, June 13, July 11, August 8

ARMA is an umbrella body bringing together patient organisations and professional bodies representing the breadth of musculoskeletal health.
Our vision for musculoskeletal (MSK) health: the MSK health of the population is promoted throughout life; everyone with MSK conditions receives appropriate, high quality interventions to promote their health and well-being in a timely manner.
ARMA produces a monthly e-newsletter which will keep you up to date with news from our members and the MSK sector.
Free Space at James Wigg Centre
"We are a charity supporting arts and community initiatives within Kentish Town Health Centre in Camden, north London. Our aim is to relieve mental and physical suffering through the use of the arts and holistic care.
We work in partnership with the James Wigg and Queens Crescent GP practices as part of a social prescribing model, meaning we take in-house referrals for registered patients. At times we are able to wider accommodate those living in the borough of Camden that are not registered patients and general public events.
We provide a range of projects and services. From arts workshops to dance classes for people with Parkinson’s, a non-medical chronic pain group, and legal advice through the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Our award winning exhibition space on the first floor displays work on themes surrounding health and well-being from various perspectives."
