Talk for Health

Talk for Health is a programme developed by Psychotherapists. It teaches a method for therapeutic talking and enables people to set up and/or participate ongoing groups. The groups support both your own wellbeing and others’. Endorsed by NHS.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a system of psychological techniques designed to rewire the brain and break the cycle of chronic pain.

PRT has five main components:

Attending to and appraising pain sensations through a lens of safety
